A valid Certificate of Insurance is required for all Non-Profit and For-Profit groups prior to submitting your request for Facility Use.

If you have a future event where your current Certificate of Insurance doesn't cover the date(s) of use, your request will be placed on "hold" until we receive a current Certificate of Insurance for the date(s) you're requesting.
